• Oversee a portfolio of strategic initiatives including multi-year enterprise-wide IT and Delivery projects • Support execution of various IT Delivery in partnership with other Leaders • Drive end-to-end project delivery, from estimation and business case approval through execution • Partner with cross-organizational stakeholders to drive process improvement and optimization efforts • Own maturation of the estimation process and tools for new Programs and Products • Create and actively maintain the project plan and cross functional dependencies • Continuously monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders • Keep senior management advised of significant trends, emerging risks and other issues • Provide recommendations and drive issue resolution • Facilitate team meetings and key Agile ceremonies • Manage day-to-day activities related to managing one or more projects from initiation through completion • Contribute to the continued maturation of the project management methodology, best practice frameworks and related tools • Support Enterprise level initiative planning, prioritization and budgeting process
