Job Description

• Serve as Executive Sponsor for strategic life sciences accounts, ensuring alignment to enterprise priorities and long-term value realization. • Cultivate and expand C-suite partnerships across Commercial, Finance, HR, and Field Leadership to strengthen Prominence’s executive presence and influence. • Own account growth strategy, identifying and advancing expansion opportunities that drive sustainable revenue and deepen client engagement. • Lead executive presentations, annual planning engagements, and long-term commercial strategy discussions. • Influence market positioning by shaping thought leadership and go-to-market strategies aligned to evolving life sciences industry dynamics. • Provide executive oversight and advisory leadership across core commercial operations functions. • Lead enterprise sales force design, sizing, and organizational alignment to enable scalable commercial growth. • Architect territory and targeting strategies that optimize market coverage, resource deployment, and customer impact. • Establish target-setting methodologies and quota governance frameworks aligned to corporate growth objectives. • Oversee field execution strategy, driving activity optimization, call planning effectiveness, and productivity standards. • Define performance measurement frameworks, including KPI strategy, executive reporting, and dashboard governance. • Govern commercial data strategy, ensuring integrity, standardization, and compliant data management practices. • Provide executive oversight of field compensation operations, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and alignment to performance strategy. • Identify enterprise-level operational inefficiencies and design scalable, technology-enabled solutions. • Ensure commercial operations processes align with regulatory and compliance requirements. • Provide executive oversight and advisory leadership on incentive compensation (IC) strategy, design, and governance. • Guide development of plan structures, business rules, eligibility frameworks, and governance models to ensure clarity, scalability, and compliance. • Align incentive programs with brand strategy, product lifecycle stage, and market dynamics. • Oversee IC implementation, administration, quality control, and risk mitigation. • Ensure modeling rigor, financial alignment, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement. • Champion data-driven decision-making across client engagements and commercial strategy initiatives. • Oversee advanced analytics initiatives including modeling, forecasting, scenario planning, and performance optimization. • Ensure delivery teams translate complex commercial data into clear, actionable executive insights that drive executive decision-making. • Advance automation and scalable process design through adoption of modern analytics platforms and technology-enabled solutions. • Maintain rigorous quality control standards across all client deliverables. • Own P&L performance for designated portfolio or practice area. • Drive margin optimization, resource planning, and delivery scalability. • Manage multiple concurrent large-scale engagements with disciplined risk oversight. • Establish KPIs and performance metrics to monitor engagement health and business impact. • Lead and mentor high-performing client service, analytics, and commercial operations teams. • Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and adaptability in deadline-driven environments. • Support recruitment, succession planning, and leadership development. • Build repeatable methodologies and intellectual property to scale Tegra’s commercial operations practice.

Job Requirements

  • 12–15+ years of progressive leadership experience in life sciences commercial operations, consulting, or analytics.
  • Deep expertise in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device commercial models.
  • Proven experience designing and overseeing incentive compensation programs.
  • Demonstrated success managing executive client relationships and expanding revenue within accounts.
  • Experience leading complex, multi-workstream engagements under tight deadlines.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L or practice-level performance.
  • Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
