Job Description
• Engage and acquire new payment providers through strategic partnerships.
• Conduct market research to identify key payment methods required in specific regions.
• Negotiate and finalize commercial terms with payment providers.
• Facilitate, support, and oversee the onboarding process for new providers.
• Collaborate with existing providers to negotiate commercial terms and explore new opportunities.
• Maintain comprehensive reporting on interactions with payment providers.
• Work closely with the Payments Department to ensure seamless integration and service delivery.
• Propose and implement innovative ideas, staying up-to-date with payment product and service trends.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in the high-risk segment within the payments industry.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Russian is a strong plus.
- Experience in working with markets in India, Latin America, and Japan is advantageous.
- Deep knowledge of payment sources and industry trends.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a knack for win-win negotiations.
- Proactive and creative approach to business development.
