Job Description
• Responsible for the design and development of Artiva HCx interface and workflow configuration for client implementations as well as enhancements for existing clients.
• Provide data analysis and perform quality assurance to identify opportunities for improvement and address issues with new and existing clients.
• Provide business analytics in search of performance trends, unexpected behaviors, or opportunities for improvement or growth, or as required to support research efforts conducted by customers or internal teams.
• Assist in the implementation of new clients by configuring the organizational structure, workflow, and performing analysis of the client data and interface development.
• Design and build custom user interface windows in the Artiva HCx system to increase workflow efficiency.
• Work alongside business analysts and process SMEs to proactively and continuously assess clients' performance and provide strategic insight into their operations, with the purpose of optimizing processes.
• Review and translate business requirements/user stories into actionable development tasks.
• Investigation, troubleshooting and resolution of data quality and integrity issues.
• Generate job aids and other documentation to support users training and reference libraries.
• Other duties as required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Health Analytics, Data Science, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years’ work experience in the Healthcare industry (Revenue Cycle).
- 2+ years’ work experience as an analyst on the Artiva HCx platform.
- Proven experience with SQL.
- Experience with analytics and workflow automation.
- Proven experience with EHR information management and reporting (Epic, Cerner, Allscripts, Meditech, etc.) is a plus.
- Knowledge of revenue cycle operations, financial practices, and industry regulations.
- Self-directed with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Acute analytical skills, with a solid focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Professional demeanor/excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced time management skills.
- Comfortable working with deadlines.
- Ability to manage multiple projects.
