Job Description

• Be the voice and face of Dressly for users; • Respond to customer inquiries via email and chats; • Work a rotating schedule (including night shifts) and meet KPIs; • Dive into the product deeper than anyone else;

Job Requirements

  • English level B1+;
  • Willingness to work night shifts (~6–8 per month);
  • Experience working with customers: by phone, email, chat, and/or in person;
  • Initiative and organizational skills;
  • Desire to learn and grow in the IT field;
  • Experience with helpdesk platforms (Zendesk or Freshdesk) is a plus.
