• Supporting client projects with deep research and data analysis to help shape strategic recommendations.
• Creating financial models, performing market sizing, and conducting competitive benchmarking to give our clients a clear edge.
• Transforming abstract or complicated information into clear, logical, and actionable business solutions.
• Managing your own workstreams and timelines to ensure we always deliver high-quality work on time.
• Communicating complex findings through clear, simple, and visually compelling presentations that help stakeholders make decisions.
Job Requirements
- The ability to think strategically and collaboratively solve complex business problems.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex ideas simply.
- A natural curiosity and a structured approach to working with data.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (though we also highly value equivalent professional experience).
- Experience from an MBB (McKinsey, Bain, BCG), Big 4, or another recognised strategy firm is a plus.
- A flexible schedule that allows for a consistent daily overlap with US business hours.
- 6+ years in an advisor-style role or similar professional services environment (for senior candidates).
- Success leading client conversations and providing strategic guidance (for senior candidates).
- Experience mentoring or managing small teams (for senior candidates).
