Job Description
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in learning content development, knowledge management, instructional design, or technical documentation.
- Hands-on experience with LMS platforms such as Continu, Talent, Canvas, Docebo, Blackboard Learn, Skillsoft, or Moodle.
- Experience using knowledge management tools and best practices.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn and communicate complex software concepts, including integrations.
- Excellent technical writing and content organization skills.
- Experience creating engaging eLearning materials and instructional resources.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
- Collaborative, proactive, and curious with a passion for continuous learning.
- Nice to Have: Instructional design certifications such as ATD, CDOL, or similar.
- KCS Certification, Certified Knowledge Manager (CKM), or CPTC.
- Video editing experience using tools such as Camtasia, Panopto, or similar platforms.
- Experience with Knowledge-Centered Service (KCS) methodologies.
- Vendor or outsourced content management experience.
