• Serve as technical SME leading a team of Engineers, Sr. Engineers, Consultants, Sr. Consultants, and Architects focused on AWS solutions • Provide Sales Engineering support, assist with LOE creation and SOW development • Collaborate with AWS and their engineering teams for design assistance, reference architectures, and practice enablement • Work with the ePlus AI services team to develop AI solutions on AWS • Assist in building and empowering members of the ePlus Cloud Services team. • Work with the Cloud Services Director to develop cloud training paths and certification goals for each team member. • Provide input on employee performance reviews with a focus on cloud expertise. • Support resource management and project staffing for cloud engagements. • Serve as an escalation point for cloud architecture and implementation challenges. • Maintain advanced AWS technical certifications • Engage directly with customers to understand cloud transformation goals and deliver solutions that meet ePlus’ standards. • Define and evangelize AWS delivery standards and reference architectures, ensuring consistency, quality, and repeatability across all customer engagements. • Own the Infrastructure as Code (IaC) strategy for AWS delivery, including selection, patterns, and best practices (e.g., Terraform, AWS CDK, CloudFormation), and ensure adoption across delivery teams. • Serve as a delivery representative in cross‑functional AWS go‑to‑market (GTM) initiatives, partnering with strategy, sales, presales, and postsales teams to shape offerings, positioning, and execution models.
