Job Description

• Lead solutioning efforts and drive technical and functional architecture of scalable Salesforce implementations • Collaborate closely with pre-sales and engagement teams to shape solution vision • Define architectural standards and ensure platform health • Mentor technical teams while guiding the optimization and evolution of the Salesforce ecosystem • Identify how a client’s architecture fits together and provide strategic and technical advice • Model processes, architecture, data structures, and information required to support the client’s projects • Develop enterprise-grade information architecture and processes that realize the value of Salesforce.com application technology • Set standards for programming tools and techniques, and advise on their application and compliance

Job Requirements

  • 8 + Years in the Salesforce Ecosystem (minimum 2+ years of architecting within Salesforce)
  • Extensive background in pre-sales solutioning and engagement architecture
  • Expert on multiple Salesforce Cloud product sets
  • Familiar with several areas of Salesforce and the Force.com Platform
  • Previous experience as a consultant or developer in the Salesforce Ecosystem
  • Ability to show integration and security design principles
  • Demonstrated experience building a culture of engineering excellence
  • Solid experience in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Experience working in an Agile project environment
  • Salesforce Certifications are mandatory, including Developer, Consultant, and Architect
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
