Job Description

• Being proficient with Derq’s systems and software solutions • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets • Build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies and key stakeholders • Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research • Manage a network of business partners and distribution channels • Monitor and support in responding to relevant RFPs and RFIs • Stay informed on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities • Represent Derq at industry events, conferences, and public speaking engagements • Maintain CRM records for accurate forecasting and pipeline management

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience selling Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) solutions and/or AI-driven transportation technology to U.S. government agencies
  • 2+ years of experience in technical sales
  • Proven ability to manage distribution partners and grow customer accounts
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a team-oriented and collaborative approach
  • Experience working remotely with minimal oversight with proven decision-making skills
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Must be based in the Midwest (US)
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% within the (U.S)
