Job Description

• Define and execute a unified marketing and branding strategy across all divisions, aligned to an agreed-upon marketing checklist and roadmap. • Serve as the creative steward of the brand, ensuring consistency, differentiation, and storytelling excellence across digital, experiential, and physical touchpoints. • Plan and execute trade shows, events, and experiential marketing—from booth strategy and creative to swag, surveys, and post-event follow-ups. • Design and scale referral and loyalty programs that turn candidates, employees, and partners into brand advocates. • Establish scalable processes to generate and manage reviews across industry platforms. • Elevate social media branding and engagement across Google, Indeed, Glassdoor, LinkedIn, Instagram & FB, and emerging channels—tying brand activity directly to awareness and growth • Design and scale AI-driven and automated marketing workflows across the funnel—from first website visit to recruiter connection, job alerts, and ongoing engagement. • Architect smart capture and conversion experiences (web, email, SMS, chat, live agents) that reduce friction and increase candidate and client engagement. • Evaluate, recommend, and implement modern MarTech, AI tools, and automation platforms, keeping Cynet at the forefront of marketing innovation. • Build automated employee and candidate feedback loops (post-onboarding surveys, sentiment tracking) and turn insights into action. • Build/Buy automation AI-driven drip and lifecycle marketing programs to support recruiters, sales teams • Own the digital experience across our website and career platforms, driving organic traffic, lead generation, and measurable growth. • Lead data-driven demand gen and lead gen—testing, learning, and continuously improving conversion

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalency in work experience or education
  • 10+ years of experience as a subject leader & 5+ years in the services/staffing industry
  • High level of experience in Marketing Automation, Lead Gen/Lead Scoring, Analytics, PPC Campaigns, SMS/Push/Email Marketing, SEO, WordPress, HubSpot, Clay, Klaviyo, and other MarTech platforms
  • Tech-savvy, data-driven, and analytical approach to problem-solving & improving processes using automation
