• Work with clients and meeting planning agencies to understand meeting goals, flow, and space requirements • Send RFPs to properties using client technology that will be a great fit and field responses • Vet viable options and make recommendations • Be consultative in your approach • Use existing contacts and build new relationships with clients, vendors, NSMs, CVBs and sales teams • Negotiate the best deals for clients • Ensure no detail is left out • Be nimble, problem solve and get creative
