Job Description
• Identify qualified industry-specific prospects
• Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone
• Qualify leads based on our Ideal Client Profile
• Book discovery calls on the sales team's calendar
• Follow up persistently with interested prospects
• Maintain accurate records in CRM
• Report on outreach activity, response rates, and pipeline weekly
• Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging and targeting
Job Requirements
- Proven B2B appointment setting, SDR, or BDR experience
- Professional and persuasive written and verbal English
- Cold calls don't intimidate you
- Initiative in work tasks
- Ability to track activity and follow up on time
- Comfortable learning and using CRM tools
- Bonus Points: Experience in the marine industry, boating, or related verticals
- Background in digital marketing agency sales
- Familiarity with outreach tools (Lemlist, Apollo, etc.)
- Experience with GoHighLevel or similar all-in-one CRM platforms
