• Own end-to-end product vision for developer tools and technical products • Drive AI-first product strategy across the portfolio • Partner with executive leadership to scale product excellence • Embed customer-centric thinking into roadmap decisions • Lead 4 Product Managers (growing to 5) and 2–3 Designers • Establish strong product operating rhythms and decision frameworks • Build scalable team structures and performance standards • Engage directly with customers and validate solutions • Partner closely with engineering on scalability and feasibility
