• Design switchboards, modular power pods, and power distribution assemblies. • Produce single-line diagrams, schematics, wiring diagrams, and layouts. • Ensure adherence to UL, NEC, IEC, and safety standards. • Develop modular, scalable, and cost-optimized designs. • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure manufacturability and reliability. • Participate in new product development initiatives. • Create and execute test protocols for electrical performance. • Drive UL/IEC certification processes. • Ensure product safety, reliability, and sustainability. • Work with Operations, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing Engineering on product launches. • Interface with suppliers, labs, and customers for technical support. • Perform root cause analysis for field/product issues. • Recommend design enhancements to increase reliability and efficiency.
