Job Description
• ELT Job Support: Manage and support all Extract, Load, and Transform (ELT) jobs to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• SmileCDR Tool Management: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the SmileCDR tool, ensuring it meets project requirements.
• FHIR HL7 Standards: Ensure a thorough understanding of FHIR HL7 standards and mapping to support interoperability.
• Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their needs, gather requirements, and provide solutions.
• Data Mapping and Transformation: Accurately map and transform data to meet FHIR HL7 standards.
• Testing and Validation: Conduct thorough testing and validation of data pipelines and processes.
• Documentation: Provide comprehensive documentation for all processes and procedures.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a business analyst role, with a focus on data management and interoperability.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ELT processes, FHIR HL7 standards, and data mapping.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers and stakeholders effectively.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
