Job Description
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science)
- 4 – 6 years of related experience
- Deep understanding of certificate issuance, renewal, replacement, revocation, and validation across enterprise environments.
- Hands-on experience supporting and troubleshooting NetScaler environments, including GSLB, VLSB (vServers), SNIPs, VIPs, service groups, and SSL profiles.
- Ability to diagnose certificate chain issues, cipher mismatches, handshake failures, and trust problems across load balancers, web servers, and applications.
- Strong grasp of Layer 4–7 traffic flow, health monitoring, persistence, and high-availability design.
- Experience supporting production environments, participating in maintenance windows, and validating changes with minimal service impact.
