Job Description

• Execute key components of the monthly, quarterly, and annual close, including complex journal entries, reconciliations, and multi-entity consolidations. • Own critical balance sheet reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of variances and reconciling items. • Perform monthly flux and variance analysis and prepare financial statements and supporting schedules. • Manage day-to-day global accounting operations, including accruals, expense classification, cutoff procedures, intercompany activity, and period-end validations. • Maintain global accounting policies, documentation, and compliance with statutory and reporting requirements. • Partner with FP&A to align GAAP results with management reporting, deliver forecast-to-actual analysis, and provide insights to improve forecast accuracy. • Serve as the accounting owner within the ERP (e.g., NetSuite) and drive automation, system integrations, and process improvements to accelerate close timelines. • Support audits and compliance efforts, maintain internal controls, and coordinate cross-functionally with Tax, Treasury, and Finance Systems. • Prepare executive-ready reporting materials highlighting key financial drivers and business insights. • Provide oversight, mentorship, and process documentation to support team effectiveness and accounting excellence.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • CPA preferred.
  • 7–10+ years of progressive accounting experience (public + industry preferred).
  • Strong US GAAP knowledge.
  • Experience managing multi-entity close processes.
  • Advanced ERP and Close reporting tools such as Numeric experience (NetSuite preferred).
  • Proven experience partnering with FP&A.
