• Manage the supported systems of the C5ISC • Provides services to include system engineering, software engineering, hardware engineering, network engineering, test engineering, electronic engineering, and technical writing. • Provides management, supervision, coordination, support, and monitoring of a project team • Provides input for proposal preparation, project estimation and budgeting, technical review, and presentation • Manages, tracks, controls, and reports on all aspects of project performance • Generate, or oversees generation of, test and evaluation plans, and executes those plans when necessary. • Documents and communicates results at all levels to Government representatives.
