Job Description
• Define Technical Strategy: Own the long-term technical roadmap
• Architect Scalable Systems: Lead architectural transition
• Drive Technical Excellence: Act as the final authority on website infrastructure
• Engineering Partnership: Serve as the primary technical liaison
• Build-to-Enable: Create reusable components and primitives
• Performance & Security Oversight: Own the 'Definition of Done'
• Experimentation Infrastructure: Lead technical implementation of A/B testing
• Technical Mentorship: Provide architectural guidance and rigorous code reviews
• Strategic Advising: Act as the senior technical partner for Marketing leadership
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Marketing Engineering, Frontend, or Growth Engineering roles
- 3+ years of experience as a Tech Lead or Staff Engineer
- Experience owning and evolving production marketing websites
- Strong proficiency with modern frontend fundamentals including HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Hands-on experience with Framer
- Experience building serverless APIs using Node.js and Typescript
- Strong understanding of analytics, experimentation, and attribution
- Experience using Amplitude, Google Tag Manager, and Posthog
- Strong design sensibility
- Capability to create delightful, accessible, and performant experiences
