• This position supports information technology applications through planning, design, implementation, maintenance, and optimization. • Responsibilities include troubleshooting Beaker/LIS incidents, analyzing workflows, monitoring and resolving interface errors, and performing low to moderate complexity system build and configuration to ensure reliable and efficient application performance. • The role also supports project execution by assisting with documentation, task planning, stakeholder communication, and coordination of moderate-complexity initiatives, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive system enhancements and process improvements. • A caregiver who excels in this role will: • Participate in feasibility analysis, estimating, planning, designing, developing, prototyping, building, testing, implementing, quality assurance evaluation and modification of automated systems. • Recommend solutions to enhance system functionality. • Collaborate with system users and other IT professionals to evaluate, plan, design, implement, and provide ongoing optimization and preventative maintenance support for Beaker/LIS applications. • Gather, validate, and translate technological requirements into design and development specifications while providing Beaker/LIS product management. • Analyze, design, and build workflows to meet the needs of Beaker/LIS users. • Analyze and diagnose Beaker/LIS related system problems, identify root cause, and then solve the problem or escalate issues to other appropriate IT staff when outside area of responsibility or expertise. • Coordination of moderate complexity of Beaker/LIS projects. • Assume on-call responsibilities as required.
