Job Description

• Serve as a trusted resource for Core Leaders and Caregivers facing employee relations matters • Ensure consistent and best practice approaches to positive employee and labor relations • Adhere to HR policies and comply with regulatory and policy requirements • Conduct investigations and make recommendations for workplace environment improvements • Perform employee relations research and identify trends and patterns for critical intervention • Conduct labor relations research and develop policies

Job Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in general human resources, or equivalent work experience, at exempt level
  • 5 years of demonstrated experience in Employee Relations, labor relations, ADAAA, and leaves of absence
  • 5 years of demonstrated experience providing high-touch customer service in a 'concierge' style environment
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred)
  • HR Certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, SPHR, or SHRM-SCP) upon hire (preferred)
  • 3 years of additional experience in specialty areas of HR Service Center, Drug Free Workplace, Compliance, Performance Management, ADA/LOA (preferred)
