• Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of RPA, AI, and other technology-driven initiatives. • Identify and evaluate new product opportunities that enhance business capabilities and customer experience. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business cases, success metrics, and ROI for proposed solutions. • Develop and maintain detailed product roadmaps and project plans with clear, measurable outcomes. • Facilitate the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to delivery and post-launch support. • Solve complex, ambiguous problems and proactively identify and mitigate risks. • Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment of expectations and timely communication of project status, risks, and issues. • Coordinate across departments (sales, operations, IT, corporate, etc.) to ensure seamless execution of initiatives. • Track and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. • Ensure timely delivery of projects within scope and budget. • Support change management and adoption efforts across the organization. • Maintain compliance with internal policies and complete all required training.
