Job Requirements
- 15+ years of software engineering experience
- 10+ years in senior leadership roles
- Proven track record building and leading engineering teams of 30+
- Experience with payment processing and fundraising platforms
- Familiarity with PCI-DSS compliance and payment security
- Curiosity and experience driving AI adoption
- Technical expertise across PHP, .NET Core, React, and AWS
- Experience managing complex technical integrations
- Strong collaboration skills with product leadership
- DevOps practices and toolchains knowledge
