Job Description
• Advise clients on enterprise-wide Power BI architecture and governance frameworks
• Define best practices for workspace structure, security, dataset management, and deployment pipelines
• Design scalable BI operating models for large organizations
• Drive initiatives demonstrating Copilot’s natural language query capabilities within Power BI environments
• Identify use cases that highlight business value through AI-powered analytics
• Architect and design enterprise semantic layers and reusable datasets
• Implement best practices for data modeling, performance optimization, and DAX design
• Leverage Microsoft Fabric capabilities to enable modern data and analytics solutions
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise data strategy and governance standards
• Lead stakeholder discussions and workshops
• Translate business requirements into scalable BI solutions
• Provide executive-level recommendations and technical roadmaps
• Act as a trusted advisor for BI transformation initiatives
Job Requirements
- Extensive experience with **Microsoft Power BI**
- Hands-on experience with **Microsoft Fabric**
- Strong expertise in enterprise semantic layer design and data modeling
- Experience implementing governance frameworks in large organizations
- Strong understanding of Copilot capabilities within the Microsoft ecosystem
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to operate in both advisory and hands-on technical roles
- Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience leading BI transformation initiatives
- Background in enterprise-scale analytics architecture
- Familiarity with AI-driven analytics and natural language query enablement
