Job Description
• Design and deliver comprehensive training programs across all CKG platforms
• Support solution delivery through end-user and super-user training
• Develop scalable curricula and certification-style training pathways
• Drive awareness and utilization of product features
• Track and report the impact of training programs on client success
Job Requirements
- Experience in client-facing training and education management
- Proficiency in designing training programs and workshops
- Knowledge of product features and technical integrations
- Ability to analyze training outcomes and client feedback
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities
