• Research and profile foundation prospects. • Proofread LOIs and proposals. • Support fundraising strategy. • Compile and maintain lists of HNWI prospects. • Create profiles summarizing capacity indicators. • Edit outreach emails and campaigns. • Enter and update contacts and proposals in systems. • Check data for completeness and errors. • Research events for donors and partners. • Prepare meeting materials and thank-you notes.

Job Requirements

Strong writing and editing instincts.
Comfort with research and turning information into short, usable briefs.
High attention to detail and follow-through.
Basic fluency with spreadsheets and organized tracking systems.
