• Own program-level financial tracking and revenue forecasting • Maintain and monitor margin performance and flag risks early • Develop and manage staffing forecasts aligned to contracted work and pipeline • Identify hiring needs 60–90 days in advance • Track utilization and ensure alignment between staffing and financial goals • Own and govern Ruddr as the system of record • Ensure project codes, billing rates, and forecast hours are accurate • Improve intake-to-project-launch workflow efficiency • Produce monthly operational dashboards for executive leadership • Provide scenario modeling to inform program decisions • Partner with delivery and recruiting to eliminate operational bottlenecks • Create and manage the flow of timely invoice submission and management across the program including client, team, and subcontractor touchpoints • Review and approve subcontractor invoices
