Licensed Professional Counselor
Position Type: Full-Time
Location: Mississippi
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 annually
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Job Summary
We are seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor to deliver ongoing therapy services to adults and adolescents via telehealth. This position plays a direct role in helping clients manage mental health concerns, build coping strategies, and improve daily functioning. The work is structured, consistent, and designed for clinicians who prefer a clear schedule and focused clinical care.
Core Responsibilities
- Provide individual therapy through a secure virtual platform
- Perform intakes, evaluations, and treatment planning
- Track client progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Maintain clinical records in accordance with state requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to support continuity of care
Job Requirements
- Active LPC license in Mississippi
- Master’s degree in Counseling or related discipline
- Prior experience in outpatient or telehealth settings
- Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic approaches
- Reliable internet connection and private workspace
