• Successfully manage SCADA scope, schedule, and budget throughout the EPC project lifecycle for utility-scale solar and BESS projects of high complexity with little to no guidance. • Interpret SCADA contract requirements and determine scope, compliance, deviations, and change impacts in alignment with SOLV standards. • Coordinate cross-functional project teams, including engineers, technicians, subcontractors, and 3rd party SCADA providers. • Lead procurement and subcontract strategy, manage third-party SCADA subcontractors, and ensure vendor performance on complex scopes. • Serve as the senior project point of contact for Owners, utilities, vendors, and internal SOLV teams. • Lead system design reviews, commissioning coordination, and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) activities. • Develop, maintain, and manage project schedules to ensure SCADA activities do not delay the project's critical milestones. • Develop and execute recovery and mitigation plans when required. • Proactively identify, assess, and manage technical, commercial, and execution risks, escalating issues when appropriate while driving mitigation strategies.
