Job Description
• Manage all aspects of large-scale complex supply chain projects and smaller contained programs
• Lead collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive projects from conception and business case to successful completion
• Create and manage project documentation, including project charters, statements of work, resource requirements and plans, business requirements, business cases, performance metrics, project plans, RAID logs, and status reports
• Analyze business processes and designs improvements
• Mentor and coach Project Coordinators and Managers as required
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in supply chain management, business, or a related field
- 7-9 years project management or related experience
- Ability to establish and maintain effective business relationships with management, associates, vendors, clients, and other stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficient understanding of system development and organizational change management methodologies
