Job Description
• Conceptualize and write branded short-form content from ideation through final script delivery
• Write 60–90 second brand integrations for long-form YouTube videos that feel natural, entertaining, and aligned with channel tone
• Translate brand talking points into engaging story beats, hooks, humor, and clear calls-to-action
• Revise scripts based on feedback from internal stakeholders and brand partners
• Ensure all branded segments maintain TBNR voice, tone, pacing, and quality standards
• Stay up to date on platform trends, brand integration formats, and creator-led ad strategies
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience writing branded content, advertising copy, or digital media scripts
- Strong storytelling ability with a comedic, clever, or entertainment-driven voice adaptable to TBNR channels
- Proven ability to integrate brand messaging organically into content narratives
- Ability to meet quick turnaround deadlines across multiple active campaigns
- Solid understanding of YouTube pacing, retention strategy, and audience psychology
- Comfortable collaborating asynchronously with distributed teams
