DomainTools is seeking a Technical Writer to join our Engineering Organization. As a Technical Writing specialist, you will be instrumental in developing and refining our product and internal documentation. You will dive deep into our technology, collaborating closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and testing functionality firsthand to create content that is not only intuitive for our users but also structured for comprehension by emerging AI technologies. Job Responsibilities: 

• Create and refine technical content: Under the direction of your manager or a Senior Technical Writer, you will write, edit, and maintain high-quality documentation, including user guides, API references, and internal knowledge-base articles.
• Collaborate across teams: You will partner directly with engineers, product managers, and customer-facing teams to gather information, understand user needs, and ensure technical accuracy.
• Engage in hands-on product testing: You will actively use and test the product as part of the documentation process, ensuring our guides are not just technically correct but also practical and user-centric.
• Support internal documentation: You will contribute to team-specific documentation and process improvements that enhance our team's efficiency and impact.
