• Serve as Scrum Master for cross-functional mortgage and technology teams. • Lead Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives). • Gather, document, and translate business requirements into user stories and functional specifications. • Manage multiple projects from initiation through delivery, including timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication. • Partner with operations, underwriting, processing, compliance, and IT teams to implement system and process improvements. • Collaborate with IT and third-party vendors on integrations and enhancements. • Other duties as assigned.
