Job Description
• Support all pricing activities for Dayton Superior and Sales/Operations Support for White Cap
• Gathers and compiles raw data; conducts research for industry trends
• Analyzes, reports, and prepares cost analyses
• Defines data definitions and documents data limitations
• Prepares spreadsheets for data analysis; prepares reports with charts and graphs
• Provides recommendations based on findings and analysis
• Participates on department and interdepartmental projects
Job Requirements
- Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline
- Generally, 5-8 years of experience in a related field OR MS/MA and generally 3-5 years of experience in a related field
- 3+ years in a Pricing analytic role
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Tableau
- Proven ability to analyze, evaluate, and interpret large complex data including a pricing matrix
- Proficiency in data analysis, statistical methods, and using data visualization tools
- Experience in either distribution, manufacturing, or retail price management
- Strong project management skills
