Job Description
• Build and support financial models and forecast analysis.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform growth strategy.
• Support M&A and corporate development initiatives (research, financial analysis, diligence preparation).
• Analyze operational KPIs and identify performance improvement opportunities.
• Assist in development of executive-level presentations and strategic recommendations.
• Partner with analytics teams to enhance dashboards and reporting tools.
• Evaluate workflows across patient intake, pharmacy, nursing, and revenue cycle to identify efficiency gains.
• Support cross-functional project management efforts including timeline tracking and stakeholder coordination.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- Strong academic performance.
- Demonstrated analytical ability and structured critical thinking skills.
- Advanced Excel skills required (financial modeling experience preferred).
- Experience with SQL, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Interest in healthcare strategies, corporate development, or consulting.
