Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, communications, education, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of five years of experience in an executive assistant, project coordinator, program coordinator, or similar support role.
- Demonstrated commitment to working in and with rural communities and a strong personal commitment to the mission of Partners for Rural Impact that All Rural Students Succeed.
- Demonstrated excellence in written communications, including technical writing and editing.
- Demonstrated success in a complex, fast-paced, high-performing organization, with the ability to prioritize projects and work cross-functionally.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Strategic thinking and ability to align organizational goals with long-term priorities.
- Expertise in project management, from ideation to execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and resources are effectively managed.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to proactively identify issues, recommend solutions, and address challenges.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Skilled in facilitating collaboration across different teams and functions to drive progress and align efforts.
- Ability to assess processes and identify opportunities to streamline and improve efficiencies within the team or organization.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, fostering trust and ensuring timely communication and effective execution of initiatives.
- Highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment and adjusting to changing priorities and navigating ambiguous or complex situations with composure.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to work with organization-specific programs and software, including Salesforce.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and protect the private nature of files and conversations.
