Job Description

• As a critical member of the marketing team, you’ll be integral in coordinating a global team to drive marketing campaigns and programs. • Reporting to the Director of Reputation Management, you will help develop and execute strategic plans that enhance the Pioneer reputation while driving awareness, consideration, and conversion. • You will make data-driven decisions to prioritize our efforts and then drive key projects to conclusion. • You will coordinate with agencies, internal teams, and vendors, and build consensus with key stakeholders. • You will need exceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously. • A successful candidate will not only grow the Pioneer profile but also have the opportunity to grow professionally with the brand.

Job Requirements

Four-year college degree.
3-6+ years of experience as a Marketing Project Manager.
Proven experience as a Project Manager or Account Manager.
Hands-on experience in managing advertising, marketing, and media presence.
In-depth knowledge of marketing best practices and data-driven processes.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on business brand management and client satisfaction.
An understanding of the educational technology market and trends is preferred.
Able to work with ambiguity and be a resourceful, creative problem solver with low reliance on delegation.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Comfortable working independently to complete deliverables when timelines are at risk.
Detail-oriented with strong process management skills.
Flexible and adaptable; able to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
Willingness to roll up sleeves and take on a variety of tasks beyond traditional project management.
