Job Description
• Work cross-functionally between Technical Support, Field Application Engineering, Sales Operations, Pricing, Legal, and Product Marketing organizations
• Establish credibility across all levels/roles of a customer; technical, business, quality, executive
• Manage and grow the relationship with strategic accounts - including contract manufacturers, distributors, and end customer
• Drive long and short-term customer revenue and shipment goals
• Carefully and strategically manage internal and external communication
• Negotiate customer pricing, balancing customer and company goals
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Related field
- 5-7+ years of related direct sales experience
- Understanding of storage product portfolio and roadmap; identify fit and alignment with customer(s)
- Understand market conditions and how they affect Sandisk and the customer
- Understand the customer legal contracts and terms in place
