Job Description
• Identify and develop new opportunities to deliver value to BlackCloak members, with a focus on emerging technologies and competitive differentiators.
• Lead the end-to-end rapid prototyping process, from initial concept to functional prototype, ensuring initiatives meet defined success criteria.
• Partner with CSOC leadership, Engineering and the Director of Product Innovation to vet new ideas, assess technical feasibility, and define architectural approaches.
• Research, evaluate, and recommend new technologies, third-party services, and frameworks based on their potential to solve member problems and create strategic advantages for BlackCloak.
• Take full ownership of new product concepts, from initial research and hypothesis testing to gathering feedback from stakeholders before committing to full-scale development.
• Work closely with our platform, mobile, and security engineering teams to ensure the seamless integration of successful prototypes into our existing ecosystem.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of technical product management experience with a proven track record of shipping complex products across mobile, desktop, and cloud environments.
- A background in software engineering is a significant advantage.
- A strong product sense and the ability to act as a strategic partner to both leadership and engineering.
- Deep technical literacy and architectural understanding across our technology stack, including cloud services (GCP preferred), mobile & desktop development, and networking principles.
- Proven ability to lead technical validation and prototyping processes in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong technical writing and documentation skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and business stakeholders.
- A self-starter mentality with the ability to manage complex projects end-to-end with minimal oversight in a high-growth environment.
- Demonstrable experience in productizing AI technologies. You can identify high-impact use cases for Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI.
