Job Requirements
- 5+ years experience in People Ops/HR
- Preferably in a startup, early stage company environment (Pre-Seed through Series B)
- Experience leading People Ops for a company that employs a front-line, home-based workforce
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Recent experience and comfort with being an individual contributor
- "Roll up your sleeves" attitude
- Experience in healthcare is a plus
- Experience with mission-driven organizations is a plus
