Job Description
Job Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management skills and sense of urgency in a deadline-driven environment
- Ability to think critically, solve problems, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced setting
- Experience working with CMS platforms and managing digital content updates
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and digital performance tracking
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics, UTM tracking, and basic reporting
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver)
- Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar email/digital marketing tools preferred
- 1–2 years of experience in web support, content support, or a related field preferred
