Job Description
Job Requirements
- 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced tech or Saas environment.
- Proven track record of helping a company scale rapidly (e.g., doubling headcount while maintaining quality).
- Advanced skills in "headhunting," you know how to find the needle in the haystack.
- Expert-level knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and modern HR tech stacks.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; you can sell the Wealth.com vision to anyone.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with a proven ability to prioritize high-impact hiring over administrative noise.
- High attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy while multitasking in a fast-paced work environment.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and expertise in virtual collaboration tools (Zoom, Teams) to facilitate a seamless hybrid interview process.
