Job Description

• Define enterprise product positioning, messaging, and value propositions • Define go-to-market strategy for new product launches and major feature releases • Develop sales enablement tools including decks, one-pagers, case studies, and competitive materials • Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to inform strategy • Act as the voice of the customer to influence product direction • Develop thought leadership and product-driven content for industry publications, trade media, and analyst briefings to reinforce market credibility and category leadership • Partner with PR and communications teams to define narratives that showcase product innovation, customer outcomes, and industry impact • Define and execute strategy for conference participation, including speaking submissions, panels, roundtables, and executive thought leadership opportunities • Identify and position product and company leaders as subject-matter experts for industry events, webinars, and virtual forums • Create supporting content for speaking engagements, including presentations, talking points, demos, and post-event amplification

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in product marketing or enterprise marketing within high-growth SaaS, fintech, or enterprise technology companies
  • Fintech, Lendtech, or financial services technology experience preferred, but not essential
  • Proven success launching and scaling enterprise-grade products with complex value propositions and multi-stakeholder buying processes
  • Experience supporting enterprise and partner-led go-to-market motions, including longer sales cycles and account-based strategies
  • Strong understanding of enterprise buyer personas, decision-making frameworks, and value-based selling
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical and AI-driven capabilities into clear, compelling customer value
  • Experience collaborating closely with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing leadership
  • Strong competitive intelligence, market research, and analytical skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience creating executive- and customer-facing materials
