Job Description
• Support SAP ECC (SCEIS) HR modules, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure compliance with HR/Payroll processes, HIPAA, and FLSA standards.
• Data validation and issue resolution across HR systems.
• Develop advanced reporting and dashboards using SAP tools and Excel.
• Collaborate using Microsoft Office and SharePoint/Teams.
• Manage RBAC and position-based system access configurations.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting SAP ECC (SCEIS) HR modules, including configuration, testing, and troubleshooting to streamline workflows, improve automation, and reduce manual processes.
- 3+ years’ experience with State HR/Payroll processes, ensuring compliance with HIPAA, FLSA, and related regulatory standards.
- 3+ Years of Experience in data validation, integrity monitoring, and issue resolution across HR systems
- 3+ years of experience in advanced reporting and dashboard development using SAP tools, Excel, and Power BI
- 3+ years’ experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and collaboration tools including SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
- 3+ Years of Experience with role-based access control (RBAC) and position-driven system access configuration
- 3+ years’ experience managing RBAC and position-based system access configurations.
- Familiar with IT security standards and compliance frameworks, including NIST 800-53, FISMA, and South Carolina InfoSec policies.
- Experience with IT Implementation Projects
