Job Description
• Manage quality engineering through detailed planning of products, resources, and skillset mapping
• Identify and implement frameworks and tools for automation of testing leveraging emerging/AI capabilities
• Implementation of automation framework to democratize QC checks
• Contribute to IT product/roadmap planning from a quality engineering perspective
• Resource management, including setting goals, performing reviews, providing feedback/coaching, participating in recruitment and selection of new resources
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of total information technology QA/QE experience
- 7+ years of experience with enterprise software testing in a large-scale distributed software design environment using Gherkins, Rest Assure, Java, Apache POI
- 5+ years of experience in handling customer expectations and relationships
- 3+ years people management and mentoring full-time employees’ work and career development
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or similar
