Job Description
• Define and evolve the end-to-end user experience across multiple products and platforms
• Lead the creation of high-quality UX, UI, and interaction designs for complex features and workflows
• Maintain and scale the design system, reusable components, patterns, and standards in partnership with Engineering
• Mentor and coach other designers, providing guidance, feedback, and knowledge-sharing to elevate team skills and performance
Job Requirements
- 10 or more years of professional design experience
- Bachelor’s degree (required)
- Expertise in crafting end-to-end user experiences, including interaction design, information architecture, wireframing, and prototyping for complex products
- Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, color, layout, and consistency across platforms
- Experience creating polished, production-ready UI components
- Experience building, maintaining, and scaling design systems, reusable patterns, and component libraries
- Deep understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and usability best practices
- Skilled in partnering with Product, Engineering, and Research teams to align on strategy, scope, and execution
- Ability to leverage user research, analytics, and testing to inform, validate, and iterate on design solutions
- Experience mentoring and guiding designers, providing constructive feedback, and elevating overall design quality and team performance
