• Serve as a knowledgeable resource on Oracle Cloud HCM applications, providing guidance and support to project team. • Lead and manage Oracle Cloud HCM implementation projects from initiation to closure. • Establish and execute project plans to implement Oracle Cloud software. • Manage project risks, actions, issues and decisions and drive completion. • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables based on the SOW. • Maintain and manage a Project Budget Tracker/Burn Sheet. • Assemble project teams, assign tasks, and manage resources. • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. • Ensure that project deliverables meet the required quality standards. • Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
