Job Description
• Grow Regal Rexnord’s Sales and Market Share in the Food, Beverage, and Industrial Markets
• Act as an advocate for customers
• Educate and train all customers on the features, benefits and ROI of Regal Rexnord Products and Services
• Develop and implement a territory coverage and growth strategy
• Collaborate with Strategic Account Managers and Inside Sales to drive business growth
• Be technically proficient in the knowledge and application of all Regal Rexnord products
Job Requirements
- BA/BS Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred
- 5+ years in outside sales (Conveyance Sales of plastic modular and/or wire mesh belting preferred)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and proven ability to adapt to shifting priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with employees and customers at all levels
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
