Job Description
Job Requirements
- 2-4 years in B2B SaaS with 2+ in Product Marketing, owning product research, launches and adoption programs end‑to‑end.
- Experience with vertical SaaS in SMB, and familiarity with workforce/mobile tools, Payments, or education/training products.
- Evidence of research rigor translating to product and GTM recommendations that move KPIs.
- Strong cross‑functional leadership and program management; comfortable organizing complex work across Product, Design, Engineering, CX, Sales, and RevOps.
- Crisp communication and storytelling, and is able to distill complex functionality into clear, outcome‑focused messaging.
- Demonstrated experience with in‑app lifecycle marketing and activation design (e.g., guides, tooltips, checklists, nudges), and partnering with CX for live enablement.
- A bias for experimentation, data‑driven decision‑making, and visible iteration.
- Hands‑on familiarity with adoption tooling (e.g., in‑app guides) and CX/usage analytics.
